If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. 1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ All accessories, manuals, and any included items must be returned.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✅ The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Gift cards and digital products (if applicable).
❌ Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty or defective).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Wait for Approval – Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3️⃣ Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item and include:
- The Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Any accessories that came with the product
4️⃣ Send the Package – Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
📌 Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund based on the following:
